Selam Gebreyessus is originally from Ethiopia. Before joining the team at Spark Media, Selam worked at various management and marketing organizations, and as a paralegal for a firm that focuses on immigration issues.  She has a passion for film, especially documentaries, as she believes movies and their accompanying engagement campaigns are the most impactful way for an audience to connect with someone’s story.
